the Porsche 550 Spyder

Will Porsche build a modern version of the 550 Spyder? More and more rumours are going round that this mid-engine roadster will see the light soon. According to CAR the model will use the mid-engine MSS platform which is also used for the Volkswagen BlueSport and the Audi R4. It will be available as roadster and coupe but in the hallways is whispered that a shooting brake is also one of the options. The powerplant for this new model will most likely be a four-cylinder Turbocharged 1.9 L that delivers 213Hp and 291Nm to the rear wheels. It sounds like everything is planned already but keep in mind that Auto Motor und Sport stated that the BlueSport and the R4 Coupe are cancelled. Is CAR using old material to bolster their Porsche Scoop Special feature this week or is AMS on the right way? Time will find out. Although we hope that Porsche brings this 550 Spyder in production, if we look at this artist rendering a smile emerges instantly :-)

Renault Clio RS 200 Raider

Renault has introduced the Clio RS 200 Raider. You can notice this Limited Edition Clio by its matte paintjob, glossy black accents and 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Bridgestone RE 050A tires. The car rides on the Cup chassis which includes a lower ride-height, stiffer springs, dampers and Brembo brakes of course. Inside Renault provides you with leather Recaro sport seats, Renault-Sports floor mats and a special numbered badge. 50 units are provided for the U.K but from the similar model called "Ange & Démon" there will be 660 units build. We go for the White one, what's your choice?
